Street View: Australia's CSL to rely on Behring for revenue growth in near term
** Pharmaceutical co CSL CSL.AX forecast weaker-than-expected annual profit on Tuesday
** CSL shares closed at their lowest level on Tuesday since July 2, falling as much as 5.6%
** CSL's forecast for statutory net profit after tax between $3.2 bln-$3.3 bln on a constant currency basis for FY2025 fell short of Visible Alpha consensus of $3.39 billion
CSL BEHRING A SAVING GRACE
** Brokerages Citi (raises target price to A$345/shr from A$335/shr), Morningstar (maintains fair value estimate of A$310/shr) and Jefferies (reduces price target to A$352/shr from A$355.30/shr) see gross margin for CSL Behring to improve between FY26-FY28
** "We expect Behring gross margin to fully recover to pre-covid levels in FY28" - Citi
** Morningstar and Jefferies expect further cost efficiencies in CSL Behring from rollout of its Rika Plasma Donation System
** Citi and Jefferies see revenue growth from FY25 onwards to mainly be driven by CSL Behring
** However, Citi sees benefits from rollout of Rika Plasma to only reflect from FY26 onwards
