TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Telefonica and asset manager Asterion have decided to sell Nabiax, the data centres operator they jointly own, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday. Nabiax, which is 80% owned by Asterion and 20% owned by Telefonica, is worth about 1 billion euros ($1.09 billion), Expansion said confirming a earlier report from Reuters.
