UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Nov. 13
Nov 13 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Wednesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.4%.
* NHS: Britain set out plans to overhaul its National Health Service, aiming for better value for money and improved productivity, as it seeks to ensure 23 billion pounds ($29 billion) of new cash is used to cut waiting lists.
* VODAFONE: Swisscom SCMN.S offered a second set of remedies to Italy's antitrust authority at the end of October to win approval for a planned deal to combine its Italian arm Fastweb with Vodafone VOD.L assets in the country, a letter seen by Reuters showed.
* OIL: Oil prices edged up on signs of near-term supply tightness but remained near their lowest in two weeks a day after OPEC downgraded its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2024 and 2025.
* METALS: Copper prices edged lower tracking a stronger dollar and muted demand prospects in top metals consumer China.
