UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Nov 22

Nov 22 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Friday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.6%.
* GSK: GSK GSK.L said that its respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine has received approval in Japan for expanded use in adults aged between 50 and 59, who are at increased risk of severe RSV disease.
* AMIGO: UK sub-prime lender Amigo Holdings AMGO.L said it was continuing to look for a reverse takeover partner as it winds down its business, but if no solution is found, the company will seek voluntary liquidation.
* OFGEM: Millions of British households will see energy bills tick up in January after regulator Ofgem said it would increase its domestic price cap by 1.2% from January as volatile wholesale energy markets kept prices high.
* RYANAIR: Spain's Consumer Rights Ministry said it fined budget airlines Ryanair RYA.I, easyJet EZJ.L, Vueling ICAG.L, Norwegian NAS.OL and Volotea a combined 179 million euros ($187.72 million) for practices such as charging for cabin luggage.
* RETAIL SALES: British retail sales fell much more than expected in October, according to official data that added to other signs of a loss of momentum in the economy in the run-up to the first budget of Prime Minister Keir Starmer's new government.
* BP: BP BP.L and partners said they would invest $7 billion in a carbon capture project and gas field development in Indonesia's easternmost Papua region that could unlock 3 trillion cubic feet of additional gas resources.
* OIL: Oil prices rose on Friday.
* GOLD: Gold prices were headed for their best week in a year.
