April 30 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening flat on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 unchanged.


* HSBC: HSBC HSBA.L said CEO Noel Quinn will retire, a surprise departure from the Asia-focused bank he has overhauled through a sweeping series of asset sales across the globe.

* GLENCORE: Glencore GLEN.L reported a 2% fall in copper production in the first quarter and said cobalt production was down 37% due to lower output at its Mutanda mine in Congo.

* METRO BANK: Metro Bank MTRO.L posted a 4% increase in total deposits for the first quarter.

* COCA-COLA HBC: Bottler Coca-Cola HBC CCH.L beat market forecast for first-quarter revenue.

* WHITBREAD: Premier Inn owner Whitbread WTB.L announced a 26% surge in its final dividend.

* HARGREAVES LANSDOWN: British investment platform Hargreaves Lansdown HRGV.L said it had seen good momentum in April as clients invested at the start of the tax year to claim more benefits.

* St JAMES'S PLACE: British wealth manager St. James's Place (SJP) SJP.L reported slower inflows of client cash in the first quarter.

* TRAVIS PERKINS: British construction materials firm Travis Perkins TPK.L said that Chair Jasmine Whitbread would step down on May 31.

* HOWDEN JOINERY: British kitchens and joinery products supplier Howden Joinery HWDN.L said the group had made an encouraging start to the year, posting a 5.4% rise in revenue for its key UK depot business for the 16 weeks to April 14.

* BARCLAYS: Goldman Sachs GS.N is in talks to transfer its General Motors GM.N credit-card program to Barclays BARC.L, the Wall Street Journal reported.

* SHELL: Nigeria's oil regulator commenced the evaluation of the divestment processes of Shell's 75-year-old onshore assets to Renaissance company, the new investors.

* FRASERS: Frasers Group FRAS.L said it has reached a deal with the administrators of the collapsed online clothing platform MATCHES to acquire certain intellectual property (IP) assets.
