LONDON, Aug 14 (Reuters) -Caspian light-sour CPC Blend was on offer in the Platts afternoon window on Wednesday, while maintenance further cut Libyan supply.

* Libya's Waha oil company's production was reduced by 115,000 barrels per day due to maintenance on the pipeline pumping oil from the Waha field to Es Sider port, a company source told Reuters on Wednesday.

* "The maintenance is expected to be completed within two days," the source added.

PLATTS WINDOW

* No bids or offers were made for Urals, CPC Blend or Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Tuesday.

* Austria's OMV offered an 88,000 metric ton cargo with Sept. 3-7 dates at dated Brent minus $1.80 CIF Augusta, but no buyers stepped forward.

* CPC Blend was last offered by Petroineos on Sept. 9. The UK-Chinese joint venture offered a 90,000 ton, Aug. 29 - Sept. 2 cargo at dated minus $1.75 CIF Augusta.

OTHER NEWS

* Oil exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which runs from Azerbaijan through Georgia to Turkey, were down 2.3% year-on-year in January-July 2024 at 17.167 million metric tons, Azerbaijan's state statistics committee said on Wednesday.

* Russia's seaborne oil product exports in July rose to 9.289 million metric tons, up 1.1% month on month, data from industry sources and Reuters calculations showed.

* The Russian government has extended a ban on gasoline exports until the end of 2024, the government said on Wednesday via its channel on the Telegram messaging app.
