POLITICS
Culture Minister Gennaro Sangiuliano, under fire over a woman allegedly given undue access to ministerial documents and benefits, said on Tuesday he met Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to reaffirm he had broken no public conduct rules.

The Italian energy engineering group Saipem said on Tuesday it won two offshore contracts in Saudi Arabia worth around $1 billion in total, under an existing long term agreement with oil giant Saudi Aramco 2222.SE.
SNAM SRG.MI
The Italian gas grid operator said on Tuesday it had successfully launched its first perpetual subordinated bond issue, for a nominal value of 1 billion euros, partly to finance the potential acquisition of Edison Stoccaggio.
The bond was more than 4 times oversubscribed at peak, with total orders in excess of 4.5 billion euros, Snam said.

Flotation Energy and Vaargroenn, a joint venture between Eni unit Plenitude and private equity firm HitecVision, said on Tuesday their floating offshore wind project Green Volt won a contract at Britain's latest renewable power auction.
SARAS SRS.MI
Vitol held 95.285% of Saras' share capital at the end of the reopening of its mandatory tender offer on Saras through financial vehicle Varas, the global commodity trader said on Tuesday.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Bob Broderdorf has been named head of Jeep North America, effective immediately, and Bill Peffer will assume a leadership role for network development in North America, the automaker said on Tuesday.

The aerospace firm has postponed the launch of its VV24 rocket due to electrical issues on the ground links, it said on Wednesday. A new launch attempt will take place during the Italian night between Wednesday and Thursday.

The group's Chief Commercial Officer, also Managing Director of the Wally brand, Stefano De Vivo, has decided to leave his position, the Italian luxury yacht producer said on Tuesday. Ferretti's Hong Kong shares 9638.HK were down more than 4% at 0540 GMT.
