STOCKS:
The benchmark BSE Sensex .BSESN was down 1% at 78,911, while the broader NSE index .NSEI declined 1.07% to 24043, pegged back by a decline in Bajaj Auto and Infosys, alongside persistent foreign outflows. .BO
RUPEE:
The Indian rupee INR=IN was nearly unchanged at 84.0650 U.S. dollar, wedged between a rise in Asian currencies and weakness in local stocks. INR/
GOVERNMENT BONDS:
The benchmark 10-year bond IN071034G=CC was quoted at 101.71 rupees, with the yield nearly unchanged at 6.8497% as investors exercised caution ahead of the U.S. presidential election due on Tuesday. IN/
OVERNIGHT INDEX SWAPS:
The one-year overnight index swap rate INR1YMIBROIS=CC was nearly flat at 6.55%, while the five-year swap rate INR5YMIBROIS=CC rose 2 bps to 6.31%.
CALL MONEY:
India's overnight call money INROND= rate was at 6.50%, down 4 basis points and the overnight TREPS rate INTREPTOT=TCCL was at 6.23%
