W. Africa Crude-Nigerian diffs rise on sales
LONDON, Aug 15 (Reuters) -Differentials for Nigerian and some other West African crude grades edged higher in trading this week as swifter sales to South Asia compensated for slower sales to Europe.
* Traders awaited tender results from India's IOC and Indonesia's Pertamina.
* India's HPCL bought Nigerian Qua Iboe crude in its latest tender, traders said, the latest in a spate of buying from South Asia as European sales stayed slow.
* Sale prices for light and medium sweet West African crude grades both rose after dipping earlier this week.
* Offers for light sweet Bonny light crude stood at over dated Brent plus $3 while Forcados was offered for plus $4.
* Angolan crude for loading in September had yet to fully sell out.
