UK's Ocado falls after co extends debt maturity
** Shares of Ocado Group OCDO.L, the British online supermarket and technology group, down 5.5% at 410p
** Co is extending the maturity of its debt by raising 600 mln pounds ($771.30 mln) in bonds due for 2029 repayment to finance a tender offer of existing bonds due in earlier years
** Says successful pricing of the offering of 250 million pounds of guaranteed senior unsecured convertible bonds due 2029
** Adds bonds will be convertible into ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the co
** As of last close, stock down more than 40% YTD
