UK's Crest Nicholson rises on Bellway's $922 mln takeover proposal
Corrects deal value in the headline to $922 mln, from $897 mln, and in the second bullet to 720 mln pound, from 701.4 mln pound
** Shares of homebuilder Crest Nicholson CRST.L up 2.3% at 244 pence
** Co says is minded to recommend Bellway's BWY.L latest 720 mln pound ($922 mln) proposal to shareholders if a firm offer is made
** Under new proposal, CRST shareholders to get 0.099 BWY shares for each CRST share they own and a dividend of 4 pence/share
** BWY's third proposal over the last four months implies a value of 273 pence per share, representing a premium of 14.4% to CRST's last close
** As of last close, stock up about 10% YTD
