UK Stocks-Factors to watch on May 13

May 13 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.12%.
* PHOENIX GROUP: British insurer Phoenix Group's PHNX.L Rakesh Thakrar will step down as the group's chief financial officer this year.
* SHEIN: Fast-fashion giant Shein is stepping up preparations for a London listing after its attempt to float itself in New York faced regulatory hurdles and pushback from U.S. lawmakers, two people with knowledge of the matter said.
* ASTRAZENECA: Leading healthcare companies Pfizer PFE.N and AstraZeneca AZN.L announced new investments in France worth a total of nearly $1 billion, ahead of the start of this year's annual 'Choose France' business summit.
* ENTAIN: Henry Birch, the former chief executive of Rank Group RNK.L, is among the contenders to become the head of British gambling group Entain ENT.L, Sky News reported on Saturday, citing unidentified sources.
* PAY: British employers expect to raise wages by 4% over the coming 12 months, a similar rate to three months ago, according to an industry survey on Monday that suggested businesses were less willing to take on higher labour costs.
* OIL: Oil prices extended declines amid signs of weak fuel demand and as comments from U.S. Federal Reserve officials dampened hopes of interest rate cuts, which could slow growth and crimp fuel demand in the world's biggest economy.
* METALS: Prices of most base metals opened lower after lacklustre economic data from China, the world's top metal consumer, over the weekend dampened investor sentiment.
