UK Stocks-Factors to watch on June 27

June 27 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening flat on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 largely unchanged.
* CURRYS: British electricals retailer Currys CURY.L, forecast further profit growth this year after a 10% rise in 2023/24 that reflected improving trading momentum through the period.
* HALFORDS: British bicycle and car products retailer Halfords Group HFD.L reported a fall in annual profit as footfall across its stores declined due to challenging market conditions and wet weather.
* WATCHES OF SWITZERLAND: Watches of Switzerland WOSG.L said it was "cautiously optimistic" about trading in new fiscal year 2025 after reporting a 40% drop in its annual pretax profit following a challenging year for the luxury retailer.
* SEGRO: Britain's Segro SGRO.L has acquired three fully leased logistics warehouses in the Netherlands for 222 million euros ($237.4 million), the warehousing group said.
* SERCO: British outsourcing company Serco Group SRP.L raised its annual profit forecast on Thursday, helped by international immigration services contracts and acquisitions.
* BUNZL: British business supplies distributor Bunzl BNZL.L said it expects annual profit margin to be slightly above the previous year, due to solid demand for its own brand products and bolt-on acquisitions.
* CAR OUTPUT: Britain's car output in May fell by 11.9% year-on-year, falling for a third straight month, as manufacturers wound down existing models and more plants transitioned to electric vehicle (EV) production, industry data showed.
* EX-DIVS: F&C Investment Trust FCIT.L, Berkeley BKGH.L, B&M BMEB.L and Burberry BRBY.L will trade without entitlement to their latest dividend pay-outs on Thursday.
