** "Near-term planning now assumes that any material improvement in confidence levels will be gradual, and likely not occur before 2025," company says
** Bigger rivals PageGroup PAGE.L and Hays HAYS.L last week flagged deterioration in recruitment market as elections in the UK and France delayed hiring process
** RWA's UK net fees slumped 18%, France net fees fell 20%
** PAGE shares down 1% at 418.2p, while HAYS was flat
** RWA stock fell about 20% YTD
