** Co sees FY24 bookings between $4 bln and $4.10 bln, down from prior forecast of $4.14 bln and $4.28 bln
** Forecasts FY24 revenue between $3.45 bln and $3.53 bln, below Wall Street view of $4.19 bln - LSEG data
** Co expects Q2 revenue in the range of $855 mln and $880 mln, below analysts' average estimate of $934.1 mln
** In Q1, co posts revenue of $801.3 mln, missing market view of $923 mln
** Peer Electronic Arts EA.O also gave a weak revenue forecast earlier this week
** 22 of 32 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, seven "hold" and three "sell"; their median PT is $50.55
** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen 14.6% YTD
