Nexity up after sale of property boosts H1 profit
** Shares in Nexity NEXI.PA rise 6% after the real estate developer's difficult H1 results were boosted by a better-than-expected capital gain from selling some property
** H1 revenue fell yr/yr 14% to 1.68 billion euros ($1.82 billion)
** H1 operating income (EBIT) was 54.9 million euros, boosted by a capital gain from the disposal of residential property management
** Midcap Partners says the gain from the sale exceeded its expectations and boosted a challenging H1 as volumes fall in the residential real estate sector
** "financial structure improved significantly due to the sale and a slight improvement in working capital requirements," Midcap Partners
** Shares head for their best day in about three weeks
