Morgan Stanley optimistic on ANZ Group's acquisition of Suncorp
** Analysts at Morgan Stanley say their EPS estimates for ANZ Group ANZ.AX would be upgraded by around 5% on full-year basis if acquisition of Suncorp Group's SUN.AX banking arm goes ahead
** Australia Treasurer Jim Chalmers on Friday gave approval for ANZ Group's A$4.9 bln ($3.26 bln) buyout of SUN's banking business
** Brokerage maintains price target of A$27.80/shr and rating of "equal-weight"
** Shares of ANZ were down as much as 0.8% to A$28.020 in early trade
** Morgan Stanley says there is upside to targeted cost synergies and acquisition will increase ANZ's Australian mortgage market share
