The U.S. United Auto Workers union said on Monday some local units representing workers at Stellantis are preparing to file grievances and could launch a nationwide strike, accusing the automaker of not honouring production commitments.

India's state-owned lender bank Central Bank of India, is likely to take over Future Enterprises' 25% stake in Future Generali India Insurance and 33% stake in Future Generali India Life Insurance, two of the Italian insurer's joint ventures in India, Il Sole 24 Ore and MF reported citing The Economic Times of India.

The Italian lender closed on Monday the third tranche of its 2023 buy-back programme, buying 1.5 billion euros of shares, equal to 2.58% of the bank's share capital.

Rimini, annual meeting "If we are not looking for the essential, then what are we looking for?" starts; ends on Aug. 25. On Tuesday expected attendees include Illycaffè CEO Cristina Scocchia, Goldman Sachs International Non-Executive Chairman Jose Manuel Durao Barroso, IMF Senior Economist Samuele Rosa, Novartis NOVN.S Italian CEO Valentino Confalone.
