Oct 28 (Reuters) -Nordic forward power prices fell on Monday, as forecasts for wetter weather and higher water reserves dampened market sentiment.

* Nordic front-quarter baseload power contract ENOFBLQc1 fell 2.9 euros or 4.9% to 55.2 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) as of 1005 GMT.

* Nordic front-year ENOFBLYc1 lost 1.1 euros or 2.7% to 39.2 euros per megawatt hour (MWh)

* Nordic water reserves available 15 days ahead PCAEC00 were seen at 11.8 terawatt hours (TWh) above normal, compared with 10.21 terawatt hours (TWh) above normal on Friday.

* "The weather forecasts have turned increasingly wet and warm throughout the weekend for the whole forecast horizon (next 2 weeks). This means that the hydro situation has improved since Friday," said Ole Tom Djupskaas, a power analyst at LSEG.

* "In addition to all this, German power prices are down today due to lower gas, coal, carbon."

* In the European carbon market CFI2Zc1, the benchmark contract was down 1.72 euros at 65.25 euros a metric ton.

* Dutch and British wholesale gas prices fell as the market sold off its Middle East risk premium after Israel's retaliatory attack on Iran over the weekend and forecasts of milder weather. NG/EU

* "Northern Europe will be more active and partially wet," Georg Muller, a meteorologist at LSEG, said in a note.

* The Nordic power price for next-day physical delivery FXSYSAL=NPX, or system price, rose 7.3 euros or 210.1% to 10.7 euros per MWh.
