European oil stocks fall tracking lower oil prices
** The European oil and gas index .SXEP falls as much as 2.6%, tracking a decline in global oil prices amid demand concerns and comments by Israel on escalating tensions with Iran
** Oil prices fell $2 in early Asian trade on a lowered OPEC outlook for global demand growth in 2024 and 2025, and a media report that Israel is willing to strike Iranian military and not nuclear or oil targets
** By 0732 GMT, shares in BP BP.L, Repsol REP.MC, Eni ENI.MI, Galp Energia GALP.LS and OMV OMVV.VI fall between 1.5% and 3.5%
** TotalEnergies TTEF.PA on Tuesday lowered its Q3 downstream results due to lower refining margins in Europe and elsewhere
** The Paris-based stock falls 3.6%
