July 19 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1500 GMT on Friday:
** Italian app developer Bending Spoons has bought California-based digital publishing platform Issuu, the companies said. nL8N3JB1OR
** Colombia’s majority state-owned energy company Ecopetrol ECO.CN is in talks with U.S. oil major Occidental OXY.N to possibly buy a stake in CrownRock, it said in a statement. nS0N38100L
** Privately-owned fintech group ION has completed the buyout of Italian bad loan and property manager Prelios from U.S. hedge fund Davidson Kempner for 1.35 billion euros, the companies said a statement. nL8N3JB14Z
** Brazilian power company Eletrobras ELET6.SA priced its stake sale in power transmission company ISA Cteep TRPL3.SA at 23.50 reais per share, in an operation that raised 2.19 billion reais ($395 million). nL1N3JB0GS
** Spanish stock market supervisor CNMV urged Czech company Skoda to present a higher takeover bid for train maker Talgo TLGO.MC than the Hungarian consortium Ganz-Mavag's or drop its approach, a CNMV spokesperson said. nS0N3G0007
** Praxis Group said it was in the early stages of considering whether to make a cash offer for British property real estate investment trust Capital & Regional CAL.L. nL4N3JB10X
** Brazilian water utility Sabesp SBSP3.SA priced its privatization offer at 67 reais per share, raising some 14.8 billion reais ($2.67 billion), it said late on Thursday in a securities filing. nL1N3JB0EC
** Britain's Hargreaves Lansdown HRGV.L extended the deadline by which a consortium led by CVC Capital would need to make a firm offer for the British investment platform to Aug. 5. nL4N3JB0SM
** Britain's competition regulator said it has cleared Nationwide Building Society's NBS.L proposed 2.9-billion-pound ($3.75 billion) all-cash deal to buy Virgin Money UK VMUK.L. nL4N3JB0IA
** Proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended Vista Outdoor VSTO.N shareholders to vote in favor of the proposed merger of the company's ammunition unit with Czechoslovak Group (CSG), in a report seen by Reuters on Thursday. nL4N3JA1OX
