Chipotle Mexican Grill to begin trading on NYSE post stock split
** Chipotle Mexican Grill CMG.N says its 50-for-1 stock split was effective after markets closed on Tuesday
** Says stock is set to trade on NYSE post-split basis when market opens on Wednesday
** Company's board approved stock split on March 20, where shareholders of record as on June 18 would get 49 additional shares for each share held
** Following stock split announcement, CMG's shares breached $3,000-mark for the first time on March 21
** On Wednesday, CMG added it will offer special one-time equity grant to all restaurant general managers as well as crew members with more than 20 years of service
** Shares of CMG are up about 1% at $66.09 premarket
** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had risen nearly 44% so far this year
