Carlsberg up after it agrees to buy Britvic for $4.2 bln
** Shares in Carlsberg CARLb.CO rise around 4% after Britvic BVIC.L has agreed to a takeover by the Danish brewer for3.3 billion pounds ($4.22 billion)
** Nordnet analyst Per Hansen says the share price reaction is a "sigh of relief" that the bid did not go higher than 1,315 pence per share
** Carlsberg raised its bid for Britvic to 1,315 pence per share after the British company rejected 1,250 pence per share last month
** Carlsberg's stock, which lost more than 10% since the bid was rejected last month, will see its best day in five months if gains hold
