Britain's Greggs rises after higher profit, reiterates outlook
** British fast food retailer Greggs GRG.L up 6.3% at 3,120p; highest level since Jan 2022
** Co keeps its full-year profit outlook after a 16.3% rise in the first half that benefited from a broadened product range made more accessible to more customers through deliveries and extended store opening hours
** Underlying profit before tax and exceptional items was 74.1 million pounds ($95.23 million) over the six months to June 29
