** For Q3, it beat Wall Street consensus on both top and bottom line
** Early Thurs, co files $200 at-the-market (ATM) equity sales program to be handled by B. Riley
** It plans to use net proceeds from offering for general corp and working capital purposes
** Co has ~65.2 mln shares outstanding for roughly $428 mln market cap
** Utilization of ATM in coming weeks should bolster co's cash position, giving it a few more years of sustainability, but diluting share count by almost 50%, BTIG says in note
