Renault RENA.PA
French car maker Renault said on Tuesday its first-quarter revenue grew 1.8%, with good performance in its financing business offsetting a drop in turnover in core automotive sales.
OVH OVH.PA
French cloud services provider reported on Tuesday a half-year adjusted core profit that beat market expectations, helped by growth in revenue and margin expansion.
Randstad RAND.AS
Randstad, the world's biggest employment agency, reported first-quarter core earnings below expectations on Tuesday, hurt by challenging market conditions.
Rallye GENC.PA:
Rallye announced the liquidation of its holding companies. Shares and other listed instruments should be delisted as part of compulsory liquidation proceedings. Rallye, Foncière Euris and Finatis said that the Commercial Court of Paris has today decided opening of compulsory liquidation proceedings. They have requested suspension of listing of their shares.
Safran SAF.PA:
Groupe CS and Safran signed a multi-year partnership for numerical simulation.
Vivendi VIV.PA:
Vivendi said it would abstain from voting on TIM's Board Of Directors renewal at April 23rd's AGM. The French media conglomerate will vigorously pursue its appeal against the November 2023 board resolution before the court of Milan and any other legal means at its disposal to protect its rights. It said it does not wish to be associated with decisions concerning board appointments.
Pernod Ricard PERP.PA:
French spirits maker Pernod Ricard said Sainte Marguerite En Provence signed an agreement to acquire Terres De Ravel. The transaction is expected to be completed in the summer.
Technip Energies TE.PA:
French oil and gas services group Technip Energies and Anellotech said they will jointly develop sustainable plastics recycling.
Eramet ERMT.PA
Miners Rio Tinto RIO.L and Eramet as well as battery maker LG Energy 373220.KS were among 30 companies that submitted proposals to develop lithium extraction technology for a Chilean salt flat in early stages of exploration, state-run mining body ENAMI said on Monday.
