Slovakia offers technical solution to halted oil flows through Ukraine
July 26 (Reuters) -Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has proposed a technical solution to Ukraine to resolve a halt in supplies from Russian group Lukoil, his office said on Friday after he spoke tp Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal.
"Intensive negotiations will take place at the highest political and expert level in the coming hours and days," Fico said in a statement from his office.
