MOSCOW, July 18 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were unchanged on Thursday, while the grade's values in India's ports remained steady and firm as trading of August volumes start, traders said.

Urals oil cargoes loading in early August are changing hands at discounts of $3 to $3.50 per barrel to dated Brent on a delivered ex-ship (DES) basis in Indian ports, in line with June and July cargoes, traders said.

Slovakia and Hungary said they have stopped receiving oil from key supplier Lukoil LKOH.MM after Ukraine imposed a ban last month on the transit of resources from the Russian energy company via its territory.

Traders expected possible additions to Urals oil loading plan for August due to lower supply via Druzhba.

Meanwhile, Urals oil export figures from Russian ports for next month were not available yet.

PLATTS WINDOW

  • There were no bids or offers were made for Urals or Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Thursday.

NEWS

  • Russia's oil and gas revenue in July is set to rise by 50% year on year to almost $14 billion, thanks to stronger oil prices and a weaker rouble, Reuters calculations showed on Thursday.

  • A mini OPEC+ ministerial meeting next month is unlikely to recommend changing the group's output policy, including a plan to start unwinding one layer of oil output cuts from October, three sources told Reuters.
