Wall Street's main indexes were poised to slump at the open on Friday after weak employment numbers exacerbated worries of a slowdown in the U.S. economy, with Amazon and Intel's downbeat forecasts also flattening megacap tech and chip stocks. .N
At 9:02 AM ET, Dow e-minis 1YMc1 were down 1.12% at 40,061. S&P 500 e-minis ESc1 were down 1.62% at 5,391.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis NQc1 were down 2.42% at 18,563.75.
