UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Oct 14
Adds new items, updates futures
Oct 14 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.2%.
* MULBERRY: UK's Mulberry MUL.L said its top investor Challice has declined to sell shares in the company to Frasers FRAS.L after the sportswear and apparel retailer last week sweetened itstakeover bid for the luxury brand.
* PAGEGROUP: British recruiter PageGroup PAGE.L forecast its annual profit in line with market views, despite posting a drop in net fees for the third quarter on Monday after weak market appetite for hiring amid macroeconomic uncertainties weighed on the sector.
* ASHMORE: Emerging markets-focused investor Ashmore Group ASHM.L reported higher first-quarter assets under management on Monday, driven by positive investment performance of $3.2 billion and improved client risk appetite.
* EASYJET: easyJet EZJ.L said it has appointed European private rail freight operator Lineas's current finance head Jan De Raeymaeker as its chief financial officer with effect from Jan. 20, replacing Kenton Jarvis, who will take over as the British airline's CEO.
* TI FLUID SYSTEMS: TI Fluid Systems TIFS.L said on Saturday it had received an increased offer of 200 pence per share from Canada's ABC Technologies to acquire the British automotive components supplier.
* BRITISH AIRWAYS: British Airways said on Friday it has made additional changes to its schedule due to delays in the delivery of engines and parts from Rolls-Royce RR.L, particularly the Trent 1000 engines fitted to its 787 aircraft.
* OIL: Oil prices fell after data showed China's inflation rate declined and a lack of clarity on the country's economic stimulus plans stoked fears about fuel demand in the world's biggest crude importer.
* GOLD: Gold prices eased on Monday.
