Texas Capital Bancshares up; BofA upgrades two notches to 'buy', lifts PT
** Regional lender Texas Capital Bancshares TCBI.O rises around 1.7% to $68.71 in morning trade
** BofA Global Research upgrades stock two notches to 'buy' from 'underperform'; hikes price objective to $77 from $51
** Last week, TCBI said it will purchase a portfolio of healthcare loans worth $400 mln to expand in the sector
** Co also sold low-yielding investments bought before 2021 worth about $1.24 bln
** TCBI's deals will help narrow the gap with management's 2025 financial targets, says BofA
** "Additional progress is still required but we believe this business update eliminates the bear thesis on the stock" - brokerage
** At least three other brokerages also raise PTs on the stock after the news
** Including session's gains, stock up ~6% YTD
