INTENTION TO DECLARE FINAL DIVIDEND OF 5.0 AU CENTS PER SHARE, FULLY FRANKED
WILL CEASE NEW LENDING IN NEW ZEALAND FROM AUGUST 2024
WILL FOCUS ON GROWING AUSTRALIAN OPERATIONS, INCLUDING EXPANDING COMMERCIAL LENDING BY SEPARATING IT OUT INTO DEDICATED BUSINESS UNIT
