Roche Holding seen down on plan to halt lung cancer drug trial
** Shares of Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding ROG.S seen down 2.3% in Julius Baer pre-market trade following its plans to halt trial for lung cancer treatment after 'disappointing' results
** The company said its antibody drug tiragolumab (anti-TIGIT) in combination with its Tecentriq and chemotherapy did not meet the primary endpoint in the phase 2/3 trial called Skyscraper-6
** The study is aimed at patients with a certain type of first-line lung cancer
** This is not the first failure of tiragolumab, Vontobel says, pointing to the previous unsuccessful trials in 2022
