MOSCOW, July 23 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent remained stable on Tuesday, while Tuapse oil plant, Russia's biggest refinery on the Black Sea, was still operating after a major Ukrainian drone attack on Monday.

Black Sea CPC Blend oil exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system are set to fall to about 4.9 million metric tons in August from the 5.4 million planned for July.

The transit of Russian oil from Lukoil to Slovakia and Hungary via Ukraine has not resumed, a senior Russian oil industry source told reporters on Tuesday.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday that Moscow was working to ensure that Russian oil supplies via Ukraine continued, but said he would not comment on supply interruptions.
