MOSCOW, July 4 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent held steady again on Wednesday, while Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk was operating as normal after an attempted Ukrainian maritime drone attack.

  • Kazakhstan raised oil and gas condensate production in June by 4% from May on a daily basis to 7.24 million metric tons, exceeding its quota within the OPEC+ group of oil producers, according to two sources and Reuters calculations.

PLATTS WINDOW

  • No bids or offers were made for Urals, CPC Blend and Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Wednesday.

NEWS

  • Proceeds from oil and gas sales for Russia's federal budget rose by around 41% year on year in June to 746.6 billion roubles ($8.53 billion), finance ministry data showed on Wednesday.

  • Russia's Sakhalin-2 project has suspended its oil output since June for planned maintenance along with repair works on its LNG plant, two sources familiar with the company's operations said.
