Aug 1 (Reuters) -Nordic forward power prices were mixed on Thursday as support from higher European gas prices were countered by an uptick in water reserves and wetter weather forecasts in the hydropower-dependent region.

* The Nordic front-quarter power contract ENOFBLQc1 fell 0.7 euro to 42.7 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) at 0946 GMT.

* The Nordic front-year contract ENOFBLYc1 gained 0.07 euro to 41.95 euros.

* Nordic water reserves available 15 days ahead PCAEC00 were seen at 0.31 terawatt hours (TWh) below normal, compared with 2.65 TWh below normal on Wednesday.

* "The wetter weather forecasts for late next week offered bearish support but this was offset by the rising prices on the related markets," analysts at Energi Danmark said in a daily note.

* The benchmark European gas price at the Dutch TTF hub rose on Thursday morning to a one-month intraday high, while British wholesale gas prices also rose on unplanned maintenance at the Sleipner gas field in Norway. NG/EU

* Germany's Cal'25 baseload TRDEBYc1, Europe's benchmark contract, added 0.15 euros to 94.30 euros/MWh.

* Carbon front-year allowances CFI2Zc1 gained 0.34 euro to 69.55 euros a tonne.

* "The week after next week will likely be generally cooler and wetter in the entire area with above-normal rain and partially below-normal temperatures," Georg Muller, a meteorologist at LSEG, said in a note.

* The Nordic power price for next-day physical delivery FXSYSAL=NPX, or system price, rose 1.75 euros or 7.2% to 26.2 euros per megawatt hour (MWh).
