Aug 12 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2010 GMT on Monday:


** Janus Henderson JHG.N is buying private credit manager Victory Park Capital, the asset manager said, as it seeks to expand its footprint in the private credit lending space. nL4N3JZ12D


** Porsche Automobil Holding SE PSHG_p.DE said it is part of an investor group that is taking a 35% stake in Flix SE, owner of Greyhound services in North America and FlixBus in Europe. nL8N3JZ0YE

** Anti-wrinkle injection maker Revance Therapeutics RVNC.O has agreed to bought by privately held Crown Laboratories in a deal valued at $924 million, including debt, they said, seeking a bigger presence in the aesthetic products market. nL4N3JZ0NK


** Scotiabank BNS.TO is buying a 14.9% stake in American regional lender KeyCorp KEY.N for $2.8 billion, as the Canadian bank taps into the stressed U.S. banking sector for growth outside its saturated home market. nL4N3JZ0I9


** India's Bharti Enterprises said it would acquire a 24.5% stake in BT BT.L, worth 3.2 billion pounds ($4 billion), to buy out the British company's top investor Patrick Drahi as his Altice group speeds up asset sales to cut its debt burden. nL4N3JZ0AD


** Canada's Tourmaline Oil TOU.TO said it will acquire Crew Energy CR.TO in a C$1.3 billion ($947.52 million) all-stock deal, which includes debt, to boost its presence in the Montney shale play in Alberta. nL4N3JZ0KR


** UK's competition watchdog said it was looking into whether chip design software maker Synopsys' SNPS.O $35 billion acquisition of Ansys ANSS.O would affect competition in Britain. nL4N3JZ0LG


** International Distributions Services IDSI.L, the parent company of Royal Mail, announced that its parcel services business, GLS, will sell its U.S. freight divisions to California-based DC Logistics. nL4N3JZ0HF


** Gold Fields Ltd GFIJ.J has agreed to acquire Osisko Mining OSK.TO for C$2.16 billion ($1.57 billion), it said, barely two years after an attempt to buy another Canadian miner was scuppered by a rival offer. nL4N3JZ08R


** New Zealand construction firm Fletcher Building FBU.NZ said it would sell its Australian plumbing supplies and distribution business Tradelink for A$170 million ($112 million) to Australia-based Metal Manufactures Pty. nL1N3JY05S
