Aug 7 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:
** Private equity firm Bansk Group will acquire pet health company PetIQ PETQ.O for about $1.5 billion in cash, the companies said. nL4N3JU1T4
** U.S. private equity firm KKR & Co KKR.N plans to help Japanese system developer Fuji Soft 9749.T go private under a management buyout worth about 600 billion yen ($4.09 billion), the Nikkei business daily reported. nL1N3JU0MZ
** Saudi Aramco 2223.SE will buy from Japan's Sumitomo Chemical 4005.T a 22.5% stake in their petrochemical joint venture Petro Rabigh for $702 million, the companies said, as part of a turnaround plan for the loss-making venture.nL1N3JU0DO
** British ad group WPP WPP.L is selling its controlling stake in financial PR agency FGS Global to minority shareholder KKR for $775 million in cash, which it will use to reduce debt.nL8N3JU1AS
** Sweden's EQT EQTAB.ST said it will acquire a majority stake in Swiss cybersecurity and data protection company Acronis. nL1N3JU0FD
** Thoma Bravo is exploring options including a potential sale of Cority that it hopes will value the sustainability compliance software maker at about $2 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. nL1N3JS1AW
** Italy won't use special powers designed to shield assets deemed of strategic value for the country in relation to Vitol-backed VTTI's acquisition of Adriatic LNG, Italy's biggest liquefied gas terminal, two sources with knowledge of the matter said. nL8N3JT3L7
** Canadian public pension fund OMERS and DWS Group DWSG.DE reached a deal to acquire Grandi Stazioni Retail, the two investors said on Tuesday. nL8N3JT25N
