CHICAGO, Oct 10 (Reuters) -Following are U.S. expectations for the resumption of grain and soy complex trading at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) at 8:30 a.m. CDT (1330 GMT) on Thursday.

WHEAT - Up 4 to 5 cents per bushel

* Dry conditions have slowed winter wheat seeding in top exporter Russia and in the southern U.S. Plains wheat belt.

* Russia's Agriculture Ministry has called the country's major grain exporters to a meeting on Oct. 11, three sources close to the matter said, days after the grain exporters' union accused exporters of shipping too much at low prices.

* The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said a net 433,600 metric tons of old-crop U.S. wheat were sold for export in the week ended Oct. 3, in line with trade estimates.

* December soft red winter wheat WZ24 was last up 4 cents at $6.03 a bushel. K.C. December hard red winter wheat KWZ24 was last up 3-3/4 cents at $6.12-1/2 a bushel, and Minneapolis December spring wheat MWEZ24 was last up 2-1/2 cents at $6.50-3/4 a bushel.

CORN - Steady to down 1 cent per bushel

* Corn flat to weaker as market participants awaited monthly USDA crop data due on Friday and as patchy showers came to Northern Brazil.

* Traders shifted their attention to monthly USDA crop forecasts to be released on Friday, including updated estimates of the U.S. corn and soybean harvests after projections of record yields for corn last month.

* "Modest" showers in Northern Brazil aid corn seeding, but the benefits are very delayed, said Commodity Weather Group.

* The USDA said a net 1,222,100 metric tons of U.S. corn were sold for export last week, in line with trade estimates.

* Turkey will allow imports of 1 million metric tons of corn at a tariff rate of 5% until the end of the year, the trade ministry said on Thursday.

* CBOT December corn CZ24 was last down 1/4 cent at $4.20-3/4 per bushel.

SOYBEANS - Down 2 to 4 cents per bushel

* Soybeans weaken ahead of the USDA's monthly crop report and as much delayed rains arrived in Brazil.

* Patchy showers in Northern Brazil offer some relief for soybean seeding, according to Commodity Weather Group

* The USDA's monthly crop report on Friday will show whether the agency still expects record yields for the oilseed.

* The USDA said a net 1,264,300 metric tons of old-crop U.S. soybeans were sold for export last week, in line with trade estimates. China was the largest buyer with 583,400 tons purchased.
