BPOST HAS ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PUBLISHERS ON DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPERS IN WALLONIA FROM 1 JULY 2024
BPOST WILL CONTINUE TO DISTRIBUTE ALL NEWSPAPERS THROUGHOUT WALLONIA UNTIL END OF 2025
FROM 2026 ONWARDS, PUBLISHERS MAY EVENTUALLY AND GRADUALLY TRANSFER DISTRIBUTION OF THEIR NEWSPAPERS TO A THIRD PARTY
AGREEMENT MEANS THAT BPOST IS ABLE TO SAFEGUARD JOBS OF ITS EMPLOYEES ON FIXED CONTRACTS
TRANSITION BEGINS AFTER 2024 SUMMER HOLIDAYS (SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER) AT TEN PILOT OFFICES, WITH REMAINING VOLUMES TO BE TRANSFERRED IN 2025 AND 2026
