Barclays says Middle East conflict clouds European airlines' winter demand
** Q3 earnings should be largely rosy for European airlines, but the escalation of hostilities in the Middle East might hit demand for the winter season, Barclays says
** Hungary-based low cost carrier Wizz Air WIZZ.L is exposed to Egypt, Israel and Jordan, and Britain's Easyjet EZJ.L to Egypt, the broker notes
** It raises price targets across the board citing lower mark-to-market jet fuel prices
** How airlines deal with rising labour costs and staff shortages is also worth keeping an eye on, Barclays adds
