B Riley extends losses after delaying quarterly report
** Shares of investment bank and brokerage B Riley Financial RILY.O fall ~9% to $7.44 before the bell
** Late on Monday, co said it would not be able to file its quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the required date
** RILY shares halved on Monday after it estimated that its Q2 net loss would in the range of $435 mln to $475 mln compared with $46.4 mln profit last year
** Results were impacted by non-cash losses chiefly related to its investment in Vitamin Shoppe parent Franchise Group
** YTD, shares have lost ~61%
