AGREEMENT INCLUDES TRAVEL GUARD BUSINESS AND ITS SERVICING CAPABILITIES, EXCLUDING JAPAN AND OUR AIG JOINT VENTURE ARRANGEMENT IN INDIA
CURRENT POLICYHOLDERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE COVERED WITH NO DISRUPTION OR CHANGE TO THEIR SERVICE.
