Milan Stock Exchange After Hours market closed.

The car maker has been sued by shareholders in the United States who said it defrauded them by concealing rising inventories and other weakness, before posting disappointing earnings that caused its stock price to fall.

HSBC on Friday raised its rating on the group's shares to "Buy" from "Hold" and raised their target price to 10 euros ($11) from 9.90.

Market regulator Consob has decided to reopen the review period for the offer document of the tender by FNAC Darty and Ruby on the group's shares, a release said on Wednesday. The re-opening period for the review will expire on Aug. 23, it added.
SARAS SRS.MI
Vitol-backed Varas's mandatory takeover offer on Saras shares ends. Take-up period will reopen between Aug. 26 and Aug. 30.
JUVENTUS JUVE.MI
Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has left Juventus after reaching a mutual agreement to terminate his contract, the Serie A club said on Wednesday.
