** Citigroup C.N and Apollo Global APO.N have partnered for a $25 billion private credit and direct lending program, illustrating a growing alliance between banks and non-banks looking for a slice of the lucrative $2 trillion market. nL4N3L817H

** Italian fashion group Aeffe AEF.MI has agreed to transfer the ownership of its 'Moschino' brand in relation to a range of products such as cosmetics and perfumes to Euroitalia for 98 million euros ($110 million), it said. nL8N3L81XQ
** U.S. antitrust regulators will bar Hess CEO John Hess from taking a board seat as a condition of its go-ahead of oil producer Chevron's CVX.N $53 billion purchase of Hess HES.N, people close to the matter said. nL4N3L81KG
** Anglo American AAL.L expects to receive binding offers for its steelmaking coal assets by mid-November as it advances a plan to restructure the business after battling a takeover offer from rival BHP Group BHP.AX, CEO Duncan Wanblad said. nL1N3L80MX
** Liquidators of the electric vehicle arm of debt-laden China Evergrande 3333.HK are still in talks with a potential buyer to take a stake in the company with a view to provide a new credit line to support production. nL4N3L81H4
