** Italy's Treasury has picked accounting firm KPMG to put a price tag on PagoPA, a company handling digital payments to the public administration, as it prepares to sell the business to the state mint and postal service Poste Italiane PST.MI, people close to the matter said. nL8N3IT0EW
** Robinhood Markets HOOD.O said it had bought artificial intelligence-powered investment platform Pluto Capital, adding the trading app to a growing list of companies looking to offer AI tools to customers. nL4N3IT14Z
** BlackRock BLK.N could start offering indexes and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for private markets, the asset manager said on Monday, after it announced a deal to buy data provider Preqin for nearly $3.2 billion. nL4N3IT0ZA
** Boeing BA.N agreed to buy back Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N for $4.7 billion in stock and Airbus moved to take on the supplier's loss-making Europe-focused activities, sending shares in all three companies higher in a rare transatlantic break-up. nL4N3IT09U
** Swiss bank UBS UBSG.S has completed the merger of its domestic unit with Credit Suisse's operations in its home market, the bank said, adding that the head of the Credit Suisse business was leaving the bank. nL1N3IT0F3
** China-focused private equity firm Ascendent Capital said it has obtained all approvals in China for its proposed $1.7 billion takeover of Hollysys Automation Technologies HOLI.F. nL4N3IT0UV
** Boeing BA.N agreed to buy back Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N for $4.7 billion in stock and Airbus moved to take on the supplier's loss-making Europe-focused activities in return for hundreds of millions of dollars of compensation following months of talks. nL4N3IT09U
** Danish shipping group Maersk MAERSKb.CO said it is no longer interested in buying DB Schenker as integrating the logistics firm would pose too many challenges. nL8N3IT0NF
