How do I update the personal information associated with my Real account?

Your Real account is linked to the identification document you provided during account verification.

If you’d like to update the registered name associated to your Real account, you’ll need to provide us with a new ID to confirm this request.

If you’d like to update your email address, email us at support@xm.com and include a selfie of you holding your ID. We ask for this to verify your identity and provide an added layer of security to your account.
