June 25 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930GMT on Tuesday:
** U.S. meal delivery group Doordash DASH.O flagged an interest in a takeover of Britain's Deliveroo ROO.L last month, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters. nL1N3IN0XX
** LVMH LVMH.PA, the world's largest luxury group, has acquired Switzerland-based speciality clock maker L'Epee 1839, boosting its expertise in high-end watch making, the company said. nL1N3IN0R3
** Blackstone BX.N said its takeover offer for Hipgnosis Songs Fund SONG.L proposed earlier this month would be its final for the London-listed music rights owner. nL4N3IN164
** Airbus AIR.PA is poised to take over all or part of the operations of four Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N plants as part of an impending deal that involves a carve-up of the U.S.-based aerostructures maker with Boeing BA.N, industry sources said. nL1N3IN0PH
** U.S. energy major Exxon Mobil XOM.N said it had signed a non-binding agreement to supply lithium from its proposed Arkansas project to South Korean EV battery maker SK On. nL4N3IN11I
** Spain's Volotea said it was teaming up with Abra, which owns Colombian airline Avianca and Brazil's GOL, to take over slots that IAG ICAG.L pledged to hand over in order to get approval for its merger with Air Europa. nL8N3IN0GH
** UniCredit CRDI.MI has submitted a bid for Luminor and is now competing with Hungary's largest lender, OTP Bank Nyrt OTPB.BU, to acquire the Baltic bank, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. nL4N3IN105
** French billionaire Bernard Arnault, Europe's richest man and the chairman of high fashion to champagne group LVMH LVMH.PA, has bought a stake in smaller luxury rival Richemont CFR.S, Bloomberg reported. nL1N3IN0FQ
** Boeing BA.N has offered to acquire Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N in a deal funded mostly by stock that values its 737 fuselage supplier at about $35 per share, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3IN02U
** Unipol UNPI.MI is not planning to buy any stakes in Monte dei Paschi (MPS), Chairman Carlo Cimbri said in Milan, on the sidelines of an event hosted by Italy's market watchdog Consob. nS8N3GB0IO
** South Africa's Exxaro Resources EXXJ.J is weighing its options for its Australian coal joint venture project with Anglo American Plc AAL.L following the mining giant's planned exit from the business. nL8N3IN0PG
** Australia's Macquarie Group MQG.AX said its European infrastructure fund will sell its 40% stake in Italian energy firm Hydro Dolomiti Energia (HDE) to a consortium in a deal valuing HDE at about 1 billion euros ($1.07 billion). nL4N3IN0G4
** Brazilian auto parts producer Frasle Mobility FRAS3.SA said on Monday it has agreed to buy Mexican auto spare parts distributor Dacomsa from Mexico's Grupo Kuo S.A.B de C.V. KUOB.MX for 2.1 billion reais ($389.5 million). nL1N3IM173
