** Shares in Teleperformance TEPRF.PA fall 5% to the bottom of France's SBF 120 .SBF120 after it announced changes to its leadership structure, including a plan for CEO succession, on Wednesday

** The office services and call centre firm appoints Moulay Hafid Elalamy as the chairman of board of directors, while backing founder Daniel Julien as CEO; Julien previously occupied both positions

** Thomas Mackenbrock will become deputy CEO from Oct. 1, replacing Bhupender Singh who has left the company

** Mackenbrock is expected to succeed Julien as the group CEO according to an as of yet unspecified schedule

** "Daniel Julien's succession is clearly not a smooth ride," Midcap Partners says, noting the group had originally said in January that Mackenbrock would leave the group in May

** The shares are on track for their worst day since Aug. 5 if the losses persist
