The Italian Treasury said it would sell 3 billion euros' ($3.34 billion) worth of three BTP bonds in a tap issuance for specialists, to be held on Wednesday.


COMPANIES

Campari CEO Matteo Fantacchiotti unexpectedly stepped down on Wednesday after only five months at the helm, the Italian spirits group said, citing to personal reason.


POSTE ITALIANE PST.MI

Italy approved a decree on Tuesday allowing the Treasury to sell a stake of up to 14% in the postal service company, the cabinet office said in a statement. The state will retain a stake of more than 50%, the statement added.


MONCLER MONC.MI

Grinta, an investment vehicle of the Rivetti family, said on Tuesday it was exiting from the Italian fashion group by selling its residual stake through an accelerated book building operation.

(*) The ABB has been closed, the bookrunner said late on Tuesday, adding orders below the price of 49.80 euro per share were likely not to be satisfied, due to a strong demand.

The Italian insurer said on Tuesday it was selling its business in Turkey.

Italy's biggest bank said on Tuesday it was ranked 7th globally in FTSE Diversity & Inclusion Index - Top 100 of the most inclusive workplaces worldwide.

The company is set to launch a new holding, which will include all units active in the integrated water system, Italian daily Il Sole 24 ore reported on Wednesday.

The holding, called Acea Acqua, will be headed by Francesco Buresti and is expected to be operational by mid-October, the paper added
